VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Feb 17, 2004 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- Further
to news releases dated Aug. 27 and Nov. 3, 2003, Communicate.com Inc.
(OTCBB:CMNN) (Berlin:TQ6) today announced receipt of a third $200,000 payment
from Manhattan Assets, Inc. towards the purchase of Automobile.com,
Exercise.com, Body.com and Makeup.com for $1 million.

Two further quarterly payments of $200,000 are owed to Communicate, after which
Communicate will maintain a perpetual five percent royalty interest in revenues
generated from these sites.

Communicate will use the proceeds to accelerate the development and marketing of
its core eCommerce websites.

In addition, Communicate will further reduce its debt by paying down $50,000 on
its $300,000 loan. The loan is payable June 28, 2005.

Communicate.com Inc. (OTCBB:CMNN)(Berlin:TQ6) today
announced results for the third quarter and nine months ended
September 30, 2003. All figures are in US dollars.

Financial Highlights:

-- Record third quarter revenue of $394,734, versus $99,108 for
the same period of 2002 (a 398 percent increase)

-- Record third quarter net income of $144,481, versus $71,665
for the same period of 2002

-- Record nine month revenue of $649,676, versus $578,945 for the
same period of 2002

-- Record nine month net income of $178,042, versus a loss of
$1,279,192 for the same period of 2002

Corporate Highlights:

-- Launch of Vietnam.com online travel website specializing in
comprehensive packages to Indochina

-- Membership at Importers.com, Communicate's B-to-B site,
increases more than 170 percent in third quarter compared to
second quarter

-- Reached an agreement to sell four URLs for $1 million to
single buyer, retained a five percent lifetime royalty from
sites and received an initial $200,000 payment
