Hi Glenn, The JOSEPHTHAL LYON Intel earnings estimates are interesting. Merrill Lynch currently is calling for $4.21 in 1997 and $5.60 in 1998. Joan, Have not typed at you in ages<G> I have more confidence in Merrill than Josepthal Lyon although it is very difficult for an analyst to know earnings so far away. I keep saying I doubt the CEO can make an accurate prediction much less an analyst. I post these due to the fact sometimes the market reacts to them and some might want to know what the analysts think. They are usally dated by the time they are e-mailed to me. The market did not leave many companies unscathed today. INTC included. Glenn
