Called Schwab about the new CT trading platform. The platform is almost the same as StreetSmart Pro. It is based on StreetSmart. Should be no problem adjusting to it. Initially, you would need to open multiple instances of it to access multiple accounts. All stock buy/sells are 9.95 regardless of it being a penny stock or not. That 9.95 covers up to 5000 shares. After that a .01 per share charge occurs. This being the case, cost for most penny trades would be expensive due to the .01 per share charge. CT does not include broker or tech support via phone. The Schwab rep recommended keeping StreetSmart Pro in addition to CT to have access to tech/broker support.

All in all, not sure if it is worth switching for $5 savings a trade. Most of my current trades are 14.95. I will probably open accounts somewhere else if I can find one with good executions and service with low price for penny stocks.
