Alias contributes 60 to 65 million to bottom line. It was also always profitable by a few million. So the break even point has been increased by a few million. I found the announcement of the placement offer after a week of investor meetings that made no mention of it to be very distasteful.

Anyone who heard all the go go words last week and then went out and bought are now looking at a substantial loss. Many may have losses beyond the 8% where IBD recommends getting out.

Truly poor form.
