LONDON, Feb 18 (Reuters) - Investors sent the unloved dollar tumbling again on Wednesday, driving the euro up to all-time highs and boosting the likes of the British pound while European stock markets traded at 19-month peaks.The euro (EUR=) was at $1.2894, having risen to a record above $1.29.
