Have been following the ISGI thread for some time
but have not had anything to add till now. I for one
am totally confused by this stock. It holds its own or
trades up on no news or bad market days but trades down
on good news.

Can anyone offer me an explanation?

Long on ISGI for some time now!!!!!!
