Well I shorted it the other day when the Euro patents were nixed, and made good money. Since I thought that was going to be the crowning blow, I covered and then reshorted @ 26. For what I thought would be a couple maybe a few more points. Then this f*cking judge dismissed this other patent lawsuit after hours and all hell breaks loose! I have never seen a major stock jump 40% overnight! I lost a lot of money and I am really really godammed pissed. I nearly broke my hand banging it on my desk.
