Thanks for the speedy reply. All of the articles I saw said they blamed production shortfalls and high NG prices. Didn't make sense to me so I thought I would come to the fountain of energy knowledge (this thread) for clarification.

Have been very busy with real estate the past year, both investment and personal. Bought an old house and fixed it up. Now building a house by myself, from the ground up. Designed it, obtained permits, and doing every step of the work by myself (concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, drywall, etc). It's a lot of fun but also a lot of work. It's actually staying up by itself...so far!
