Good Morning Condor

NR update on MC's Carlin Trend activities:

Mill City International Corporation - Nevada Update
Wednesday February 18, 9:30 am ET

TSX VENTURE SYMBOL "MC"
CALGARY, Feb. 18 /CNW/ - MILL CITY INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION ("Mill City" or the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on its exploration activities in north central Nevada where the Company's holdings total 692 claims (22+ square miles).
In December 2003 Mill City retained the services of Mr. Rick Russell of RH Russell & Associates, Inc. of Sandy, Utah to prepare a resource estimate on the Pony Creek property located in the southern part of the Carlin Trend. Mr. Russell (a Qualified Person per National Instrument 43-101) is preparing the resource estimate using previous drilling contained within an extensive historic data base acquired by Mill City. This drilling indicates the potential for a substantial shallow gold resource along a 2 mile structural corridor on the property. His report is expected to be completed in the next couple of weeks.

Also in December 2003, the Company reported that it had begun the permitting process for Pony Creek which will be combined with the adjoining Elliott Dome property for exploration purposes. Together they encompass 2667 hectares (10+ square miles) within the most prolific gold trend in North America. The Bureau of Land Management has indicated in initial discussions that they see no significant permitting issues at Pony Creek, and once permitting is complete, drilling can commence. The drilling will further evaluate the near surface resource (as indicated by the previous drilling) and test for structurally controlled high grade within more favourable host rocks beneath the resource. This type of target and the rocks which host all of the economic deposits in the Carlin Trend have never been tested at Pony Creek.

In keeping with our overall corporate strategy, the Company is in discussions with various companies regarding joint venture opportunities for several of its properties.

Regards

Vaughn
