John Re...It's not a surprise to me. It's the support services that are new; food, laundry... all the HAL stuff. This used to be done by grunts. True, but todays grunts aren't nearly as cheap, and have to go through far better training than yesterdays. . Essentially we've elected a (former) war profiteer to VP, with all the prejudice that implies. Cheney doesn't make the purchasing decisions for the services. Why do you think he would stoop to doing that. Then I assume you are also against Edwards, because he is/was a lawyer, and will pass legislation favorable to the countries sleaziest profession.
