Three possibilities perhaps:

1) Market believes management will pick the bones dry.
2) Market believes the MMs will draw all the blood for themselves from the carcass.
3) There is a mis-representation of equity.

In any event, I see lawsuits and messy stuff ahead. I would not want to be on this BOD IMO. Could they be really naieve or have brass cajones or famiglia members? Will they live happily ever after? Will Brett marry ...?? slap slap...get a grip Condor.
Methinks there's a movie coming here.
