"Here is a summary of some of the main points" Interesting, but looks more like a summary of fears of those who are against it. It should be more of an interest to you to see the specific laws that supposedly hack up the constitution. It's up to you if you want to do that. And I'm most interested in any examples of actual abuses. Those seem pretty rare. "For someone who is concerned about losing his second ammendment rights" Surprisingly, that seemed safe in the list. ;-) "I would think these points would be of concern" As they are written, they are a bit of a concern. But my guess is that it is a list put together by a left wing advocacy group that would fight the administration on anything they could. Even if it would help the terrorists.
