When companies are faced with falling profits, they look for ways to cost cut even when they don't like the ways in question. Moving jobs to India is one of those ways.


Yup, on the same wavelength with ya. Of course during an election year it gets to be an "issue", magnified by the fact the Democrats have always been considered a friend of labor (unions) and the Republicans in this case are representing the nasty tax dodging businessmen.

Speaking of India, did you see the movie "Spellbound" - there's a couple of Indian kids in that movie and their parents go to incredible lengths to help them win, not only financially but their own time. A work ethic unheard of by American standards. Scary when taken in context of the off shoring debate.
