Judy, I logged off just after my last message this afternoon. We now have an intermediate term trend reversal and it is unlikely that the market is going to turn on a dime and go up. It needs to find a bottom, sentiment needs to change--that is already happening, and the interest rate environment needs to become more clear. The good news is that we'll have a chance to buy some stocks at much lower prices than we thought possible, not so long ago. Needless to say I did not buy any stocks today--and I sold covered calls against the long positions that I have in CSCO, BAY and IBM> Talk to you again most likely after I get back from vacation.
