I don't think Dean will explicitly endorse Edwards in the primaries. But will drop as many clues as possible that he prefers Edwards over Kerry. If he endorses Edward at this stage he might lose a good portion of his active supporters who want Dean and no one else.

I am slowly warming up to Edwards. As far as Kerry is concerned, I will hold my nose and vote for him in general election.
