I don't agree with your assessment, you sound like Carly Fiorina! LOL.

I'm sure that if the tax code is changed and capitalization of foreign investment is severely curtailed, lots of the cash and brain drain will stop.

The funny thing is that when technologies like Linux threaten to kill the "offshore coding farm" model, and put the Microsofts and Oracles out of business (because even indians can't compete with FREE) the companies run to the justice dept and cry anticompetitive! I really don't care what these CEOs say anymore, I agree with Lou Dobbs in that they (CEOs) should be offered a deal whereas they can create jobs here and use the US markets, or move to India and make their fortunes there. Oracle, as a corporation costs more US wealth than it produces I am certain, at this point. Best to let these dinosaurs go down, raise corporate taxes 80% or something. I'm tired of subsidizing them.
