Well if he had not have taken care of himself, he may not have survived the heart attack. My Doc marvels at how low my cholesterol is... it is probably a combo of genes, low fat intake among other things... I do agree with him... shouldn't deny yourself everything. If you do, might as well take the vows for the order, huh!
