In a democracy, it is the rule of the majority over the minority. The EC is not true democracy. That Bush does not represent the majority is evident with what is happening in the primaries and what is soon to happen in Nov. 2004. In 2000, the people were not wrong. In 2004 they will ensure that they were damn right in 2004.
