Of course you are Viet Nam veteran. My definition was meant to be inclusive. To be "in country" does not mean that your boots had to touch the soil. Our pilots who flew from air craft carriers are also Viet Nam veterans.

And you can question what you will, but unless you can prove fraud, you can't change the award. And you can't change the fact that someone served.
