VOIP is being taxed now. Some carriers use VOIP between their own nodes. Direct VOIP calls are virtually non-existant. If the minutes go up, the government will lose FCC tax revenue and they will start taxing that too. Or they will get it from your other pocket.
This topic is a short term distraction from the 'imminent' deals that NTOP is going to sign. But don't forget to get the dictionary that they use.
