I am a lawyer who purchased PCDOCS Open 3.0 for my firm and there is a real problem with your Verity Full Text Index Engine. As you probably know suits are styled Jones v. Smith. Please note the period after the "v." Also, most people like to address their letters using the middle initial such as William F. Clinton. Please note the period after the middle initial "F." Now try searching your data base by entering the case name Jones v. Smith or searching for Mr. Clinton by using his full name with the middle initial and don't forget to use the period where it belongs. You won't find it. Why did PCDOCS the VP of technology, Lisa Tomas, ignore us when we brought this problem to her attention many months? Why did we have to go to the American Bar Association's Technology Seminar in Chicago and demonstrate the problem to Mat Stalder who professed no knowledge of the problem? And I am sure he didn't. I bought this stock at a much higher price and I still hold it, but I'm not very happy when this type of problem continues for at least 7 months after we brought to PCDOCS attention..
