Did you realize that in National Guard terms the requirement to show up for a flight physical is an order? When Junior skipped, which he readily admits, he was refusing to show up where ordered. It really doesn't matter why he didn't show. That is called desertion. Your hero Chicken-George is in fact a deserter by his own admission. TP
