Good Evening Margaret, Since your post this morning, the result in today's market resembles the aftermath of a nuclear explosion and my own portfolio looks like it was trashed quite a bit. I've been having a dim view of the market since last weekend and now of course it was evident that not even all the good news this week could spark real enthusiam in equities. I think this may have precipitated the massive decline as investors were becoming very nervous. The market has seen a very high runup this year and this action now has to be accepted as part of the overall long term pause and digestion needed for us to reach 10,000 and beyond. Monday may be very nasty and it may be well for the market to quickly take whatever medicine it needs to get over its jitters. When the Fed meets next week, I think there will be no interest rate hikes this time around. Hope that you will have a nice weekend Thinking of you Frank
