statins are true wonder drugs

I have a personal opinion that there are also little understood connections.

I am a 10+ year user of statins.
My first statin was Leschol(sp). Within 4 months it had a direct impact on erectile performance. I read the sheet and yes it was a potential contraindication.
After discussions with my doctor I switched to Mevacor. Presto, problems solved.
Two years later, he switched me to 10mg of Lipitor, where I have remained for the last 8 years. Over the last year the same situation started to slowly reoccur.
This time, I chose to go on a strict Asian diet, reinforced by the same exercise program I have been on for years, and stop taking the Lipitor. Within 1 week the erectile problem disappeared and has not returned. I will now need to rigorously test for LDL/HDL ratios. I have chosen this route due to the potential for little understood side effects.
I find it incredibly interesting that Pfizer makes billions from both Lipitor and Viagra.
