Fine, Bush can run against gay marriage. Only trouble is, he won't be running against Kerry on it because Kerry agrees with him on it, except for the Constitutional ban part. For states rights and civil unions, same as Cheney. That is I'm sure the majority opinion these days. Therefore running for a constitutional ban will only turn on the far religious right who wont vote for Kerry anyway because he's not Born Again, supports womens choice and is against a holy crusade against Islam.
