Kerry is 100% clear-cut on every issue. He was just on CNN with Judy Woodruff and she asked him about the "waffling" thing. He challenged her to ask him any question on any issue. She asked a bunch and he gave crisp one sentence answers to each one. very simple. The "two-sided" myth is just that because his opponents cant thnk of anything else to attack him on. As for Iraq, his position was a conditional yes. That turned out to be the right vote. Bush lied to us all, including Kerry. Now Kerry is holding Bush accountable.
