Speaking of burger flipping, they just opened a local IN-N-OUT. Maybe you won't have to go overseas.

Our Store Managers, on average, have been with the company for over 13 years and average in excess of $99,000 in total compensation per year. In addition to the Store Manager position, there are three additional levels of restaurant management positions: 2nd Managers, 3rd Managers, and 4th Managers. Average annual compensation for these levels of management: 2nd Managers - $47,000/ year, 3rd Managers - $41,000/year, 4th Managers - $31,000/year. In addition to cash compensation, all managers enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacations, a 401K program, and medical, dental, vision, life, and travel insurance coverage.

We start all our new Associates at a minimum of $8.25 an hour for one simple reason...you are important to us! And our commitment to a higher starting wage is just one of the ways in which we show it. Another way is through offering excellent benefits like flexible schedules to accommodate school and other activities, paid vacations, free meals, comprehensive training, and a 401k plan. For our full time Associates, we provide a benefits package that also includes medical, dental, vision, life and travel insurance coverage.
