Wow, that's amazing. I was wondering when Chinese cars were coming.

I'm in Australia, and it is boom times down here in Sydney. House prices are bubble-icious and jobs are plentiful (though not many of them now put you into the middle class). Former manufacturing areas are being turned into condos at rapid rates. Cranes everywhere. Australian wines I drink at home are actually more expensive HERE.

Many Ozzies coming back from skiing in Whistler on flight down from Vancouver to LA. "Globalization" is paid lip service to, but most native Australians are still into "No worries, mate".

Much like evolution in the past, it looks like Australia will follow its own path (where?). The Mills of the Gods are grinding very fast here.
