I believe the answer is down. Just my opinion-seems like the market is nervous,and money coming out of these rats that have had huge gains-into what is perceived to be safer larger companies. We shall see-also I have accumulated a larger % of portfolio in cash holding from previous sells, and haven't found as many candidates that I want to put money into-has worked before.
