One reason we aren't seeing any wage growth here due to "increased" productivity is because we aren't more productive than in the 90s. It is a statistical anomaly where a job task that is partially offshored (likely having more workers involved than ever before but at a cheaper cost) ends up allocating the entire task to the small set of workers in the US as far as the statistics are concerned. This is not a *real* productivity gain.
