You made that up. There's nothing in this latest article on shortages that says dual citizenship is disqualifying for students studying to be translators:

Even if there were it wouldn't matter. The point isn't whether translators have passports, if you read my post it refers to high-level policymakers, dummy.

An oath is sworn for high-level positions that requires allegiance to the US. Swearing fealty to another country invalidates that, for those responsible for US policy.

Perle is a good case in point. Buchanan's article refers to the now-famous case, while in his Defense Policy Board position he advised Israel to counter US policy at the time, and gained consulting dollars for private weapons deals. A true anti-American profiteering scumbag. Abraham Lincoln would have had him shot, and the many others like him.
