Australia's laws on that issue are awesome.

I wonder if we can import some of their legislation to California. If Arnold got in, why can't some of these fine Australians get in? Our laws here are so poor when it comes to drunk driving. We certainly could use an Australian legislature member to tighten the laws up here. The biggest fear parents in Palo Alto, CA have are teenage killings thru drunk driving. Every year a car of teenagers die from drunk driving in highschool. It's really disgusting they don't tighten up the laws.

Maybe too many politicians like to drink and drive, so don't empathize with those that don't, or possibly don't want to create laws that make them lose their jobs.
