I shorted EP both at Etrade and Brownco as recently as yesterday afternoon. Will be shorting again today if still allowed and stock price stays above $7

You might also want to look at buying Puts. I bought some far out puts in one of my retirement accounts.

JIM: If EP used 2.3 Billion to buyback stock, do you have any idea why are 2 million more shares outstanding now than 5 quarters ago? Even at $7 per share the number should have gone down by at least 300 million shares, no?
