We'll see what happens. If the medium-term buck rally takes
hold, the bonds will crumble. Over 60 b. per month have been
going there from BOJ - enough to offset the budget deficit.

I don't think the buck rally is going to hold, though - too
many people are talking about it, and nobody about the dollar
crisis, which may take hold as well. The retoric from BOJ,
India, and other asian countries suggests they are going to diversify their USD holdings. So far, though, nothing has
been done. If that retoric results in any kind of action,
the dollar will essentially enter a free fall.
