Sullivan "loses it" on the Gay issue. My impression is that his commentary on the subject has been quite responsible and restrained considering his profound interest in the matter. <<But Wednesday's editorial on the San Francisco marriage applauded the mayor's action in San Francisco>> After I replied to your post of the article, it bothered me that the Times would condone the mayor's actions so I went back and found the editorial, itself. Turns out that it did no such thing.
