Me either. Part of the reason for the delay is, I think, the mechanics of the election offered to AMEV shareholders. I was involved in one of these in a similarly structured transaction. While the computation is relatively straightforward in determining who elected all cash, all LLY stock or part cash/part stock, if the terms of the transaction imposed ceilings on the aggregate amount of cash or stock that could be paid/issued as consideration in the transaction, the shareholders' elections are subject to pro ration. Then, AMEV shareholder accounts have to be whacked up between cash and stock, these proportions communicated to DTC and then to DTC participants. That takes some time. Agreed it doesn't need to take this long. But then too, AMEV option holders options have to be converted, etc. etc.

Should be soon....
