Jim This secrecy thing concerning the settlement does not bode well for us shareholders!What else don't we know? Gandalf tech pulled the same stuff on its share holders (me included) now we are sitting on useless paper while the company is sold in pieces!It wasn't long ago I repeated the only thing this lawsuit meant was giving back the machine and besides (we) The Company had a better /faster machine!!!!! MEA CULPA ...... to all who read that statement. Jim I'm off to the beach for the week but i'll be on line. I told my broker after this weekend he may just get my sell order too. This is very discouraging! Alon I hope you can reassure us and quickly THIS WAS VERY DAMAGING THING TO OMIT.... keep me posted via email talk to you soon. Jeff/hebinc
