Remember Lizzie, there ARE jobs being created every day, on net. The problem is that the tech bubble was so great and so many non-viable tech jobs were created and then destroyed that it will take another year to work off the excess capacity, at least. Yes, without offshoring, this process would have gone faster, obviously, but it is not the only problem or even the major part of the jobs problem right now. We need to keep that in perspective.
