OT Incidentally, MSO's former general counsel, Greg Blatt was in my High School graduating class. He even gave our commencement speech. He was on the stand yesterday saying he was the one who encouraged Martha to publicly comment on the case as it was hurting MSO. Good advice, bad delivery :-) Got a kick out of seeing his testimony talked about on CNN with a courtroom caricature to boot. I think the Stewart case is a ridiculous waste of money. <<In my view they wouldn't be prosecuting at all if this was Martha Doe.>> Or John Doe, or Tommy Hilfiger, or Ken Lay. IMO, it's a joke. The insider trade Bush Jr. did was something that should have been prosecuted.
