If god is behind all this, it seems pretty praiseworthy to me. I can see praising a god for what is, and who and what we are, even with our frailties and failures. It is an amazing universe, and we are amazing in our own way as well. I hear a praise, if you will, in every expression of wonder and appreciation, such as 2Mar$ often expresses about the mystery and beauty of existence (not to mention the ladies ;^) ). Even our will, which is capable of such inhumanity, is an amazing thing. It's certainly all I can do to try to make some sense of my own limited existence. When considering even myself I often have to put my hands on my hips, shake my head, and think...."amazing" LOL. It's not always pretty! LOL. Man, I don't have to think long about myself before I find something to laugh about. And I don't mind giving thanks to god if something good somehow results from my action. But I am quite sure who is responsible for my bad sides, and I don't point a finger at god for that.
