As for your problem, it sounds to be a Verity issue. Once again, it's PCDOCS relying on third parties for good engines/code. As a reseller, I will say that I have been disappointed by PCDOCS response to problems. They do have a good process of documenting the problems (have you opened a bug ticket?), but they have a poor reputation at fixing the bugs - or in this case working with their contracted third party to resolve the issue. Nevertheless, I am still bullish on PCDOCS to have some positive momentum in the coming quarters - especially with some of the recent announcements (EDS, Unisys). I am looking for more market penetration other than legal. -Jay
