I caught the replay of Skilling's perp walk. I thought that it was curious that he wore a white shirt and a coat but no tie.

According to the WSJ, "He had chosen to wear neither a tie nor a belt because he didn't want to give government agents the satisfaction of removing these articles when they took him into custody, a person close to the case said."

They should have stripped him to his shorts. This guy is a complete ass hole who will fight these charges to the end. Too bad, it would be cleaner and less problematic if he copped a plea.
