Last Monday's? Even I know that, LOL. OK, can god know enough about the universe to know something in the future without causing or determining it? I don't know, but I guess so. Some say god is not only everywhere, but in all times at once. This would mean something like god is in the past now as well in the future, the way we reckon time. This is some cool speculation, but I don't know. The minimalist answer is that god doesn't have to be very big or knowledgeable to be a significant being in comparison to me. Hell, my wife gets there and requires quite a bit of me with much less capacity than a god or goddess. But talk about avoiding questions....are you responsible for your children's behavior or pain? You knew what was in store for them when you conceived bringing them into the world. I think that is a better comparison than children playing with matches or guns.
