Kery has never flip-flopped on any policy. Only once after 9-11 did he finally agree to fry terrorists. Good move. Don't believe the rightwing BS. It's legion right now. They literally have no concern about vercacity. If you repeat it, that makes you a liar and cheat too. Bush is a goner. Even the honest conservatives don't want him back. He's not conservative at all. 1.5 tillion in new spending dent in 4 years? That's worse than the worst socialist liberal who ever existed. And no cocnern about it either. No accountability whatsoever. Covering up and lying about it instead.
