There must have been some kind of null character there. It's fixed now.

It's unfortunate that the system has allowed the HTML tags and leading punctuation marks into the subject titles for so long, otherwise there would be no need to change anything. Can't really blame the thread originators for seeing what they could get away with and getting away with everything they could.

Oh, and to TLC - Sorry, I didn't mean to leave you off the list of testers. <g>
