Health care costs are rocketing up under Bush and the worst part is the huge jobs loss and low revenues on top of it. Under Clinton the system needed fixing but the GOP stopped it. Remember? But at least we had 22 million new jobs and were paying down the debt instead of running record deficits and hemnmoraging good jobs.
