Just to add my 2 cents - I agree with a couple of posters here that the reduction in healing time may not be so great - otherwise they would have trumpeted it. The press release definitely had a negative vibe, like they are hiding something, or the results are not as good as they hoped. Previously they have always emphasized the healing time reduction as one of Lidakol's advantages over the competition.
