Here are the specific facts pertaining to this "insider activity" WPG Venture Capital which currently owns 1.1 million shares filed back in May to sell 225,000 shares. They are almost completely finished selling and their average sale price was $4.36. Now they are obviously selling under $4.00 but they are almost finished and taking a loss of almost $3.00 per share. When finished selling what was filed here, by the way which is mentioned in their 10Q, they still have almost 1 million shares left and after they are able to book the loss at the end of 30 days you can probably expect them to buy more stock back before the big OEM announcement. Kristof, don't underestimate Frank's insight when he mentions LSI as a buy out candidate. LSI happens to be the company which manufactures NINE's chip. LSI has much invested in NINE's success and if they were to buy out NINE at 1 times their average annual sales the stock will be trading at not double what Frank says but triple.
