I'm really not sure the dumbness scale goes low enough (or high enough) to cover this. If you know anything about financial markets and their behaviour, you would have sworn the man was simply insane.

Ever wonder if AG was taken down into a little room in the WH basement for a "talking to" with rubber hoses after his "irrational exuberance" comment?

E, the grotesque overvaluation of the stock markets, particularly the NAZ, in the late '90s was so obvious a blind man could see it. And anyone surprised by the financial scandals that have broken since is simply ignorant ant naive.
