Tone, yeah, that something that's always kinda pissed me off. The guy seems to enjoy day-trading his stock instead of focusing on creating shareholder value by proving up his properties. He's always trying to make a buck off the little swings. Call him sometime and ask him what he's doing. It's never looked to me like he's trying to support the stock on the downside, and he sure likes to sell into strength. Can hardly wait to see how much he sells if the stock ever does take a hike . . . Walter
